I think it is kind of annoying everytime Chokshi says "and he meant it" and he was earnest", like.....if we are in the character's head, then there are more creative ways to communicate that other than the constant but in from a deeper source to confirm that yes, that character really did mean what they just said.

Honestly, I hope that there isn't much romance in this. I think them having a friendship would be just as impactful, especially with Arris's desire for a passionate romance. I think ESPECIALLy with Demelza's lack of wordly experience, and finding what she wants for herself. That platonic friendship would be super sweet.

I'm seeing a repeating theme of spells needing to have very specific wording, or just overall choosing your words very carefully or else they can mean something else...Chokshi what are you up to

I've been craving another fairytale-esque story like The Everlasting or The Little White Horse. This is awesome. Also it is reminding me of Don Quixote with the fun titles
