i'm enjoying it so far, it's fun and lighthearted as i'd hoped but i can't say i'm fully invested? not in the magic, not in the characters and not really in the plot. i am very invested in the cats though, give me more of them and i won't say no

well it's not bad per se but i expected more tbh. like i'm not mad i read it, i wouldn't say it's wasted time but ig there are better cozy fantasies out there
