Okay listen. They turned Hekate into a mortal woman who died and only then turned into a God. Also Medea just ,,,, got witchcraft from her and didn't do it herself. Aeetes is commically evil AND JASONS FIRST CHAPTER MADE ME LIKE HIM MORE THAN MEDEA. this is all wrong.
I'll see how long I will read this or if it gets better but they are butchering my evil woman. Maybe I will have to read "vile lady villains".

I - already have a bone to pick with this book, so much that I closed it in disbelief. We are at the Prologue. Twenty years after the Argonaut story WDYM MEDEA IS STILL MARRIED TO JASON AND SHE HAS CHILDREN THAT ARE ALIVE?? I- HUH- so this will be a doozy. I just wanted lesbian medea and atalanta but with medea staying a complicated, villanous woman. God- Lets see what this turns into
