Isn’t mastering econometrics supposedly conditionally independent of one’s confusion given their effort? The data of mine rejects that at every significance level. Tried an IV to fix it, but my instruments are quite weak… just like my technical skills. Now at least Keith Jarrett’s Köln Concert keeps my regressions running, as always🎵

Ran a 10k today to clear my head, didn’t help. They said econometrics are “mostly harmless,” as if identification assumptions aren’t actively giving me an “identity crisis”. But sure, just assumptions, aha?
