Every time I dive back into the FLDS world I am shocked by how simple the reason is for it's insanity. It's just men. It's perverted, pedophilic, power hungry, men.
Sometimes I find myself thinking that men like Warren Jeffs don't actually believe in their religion, it's always twisted into a tool for them to use. Or perhaps they do believe. Honestly, that's more terrifying.
