GAHRGGGRRR. Everyone is so incompetent. Everyone has to be saved... Why is Leo even an MOC??? I liked it better when he came to kick ass in the other book, now he's just a warm body to guard, just a plot point, most of the time.

You know I never addressed this, but actually, I don't cuss. I don't ever cuss and almost never use crude language - in my mother tongue. In English, I am able to say the words in my mind but not write them or say them out loud. I don't think I said I appreciate Jane's stance on this topic. It's not making the book better or anything, but I like it on principle.

Things are going good even though they're going bad:
Eli and Jane are getting smart and sneakier
Alex is grown-up/growing up
Jane accepting Ed and this new development? Cool!
Beast is cooperating but still keeping secrets

OhMyGoodness, I get it now. Leo is... drumroll please, Zeus! Arrogant, charming and will jump anything that moves. That's his archetype. Now it all makes sense.
