I really really like this book so far, it’s the first time I’ve ever read a book like this I think it’s called stream of consciousness writing. It reminds me of my own thoughts and how I write in my journal. I get into states where I need to obsessively write things in my journal and write about my own experiences with my stream of thought included and this is how it is formatted. And her being in therapy too
