reid just did smth that I used to do often (trying not to make my voice sound as if I'm angry or aggressive when I'm voicing my thoughts during a discussion with others on a matter that I have a lot of passion for and failing miserably the other person thinks I am mad or either I can't speak calmly)

I like Reid and Josie's dynamic bc he dislikes her 'i know everything' attitude and she's annoyed by his 'by the book' attitude

Reid is just like me. We don't know how to communicate properly with others without looking emotionless or bitchy
