First novella done. As i feared, it’s so close to the tv show that I didn’t really gain anything. Except! It makes me wish the show didnt age the characters up!!!! Give me teenaged Dunk and Aerion and Dareon!! Also gave me an appreciation for what the show added: way more Lyonel, more Dunk and Egg bonding, more Targaryen drama. I wish the show didnt add its crude humor tho… and that damn flashback sequence
