Ah, okay it’s getting a bit interesting now. But again, can’t get over the air of these characters being boxed into their character descriptions, given nothing else to go on on. Which makes it harder for me to connect with them or care about their relationships/friendships. It just feels awkward to read, both the dialogue & the back-forth bw them.

98 pages!!! So proud of me :)!! The flowery language is pretentious and the dialogue and the character dynamics seem to be stumbling on their baby feet but we finally seem to be going somewhere so. Going to hang in and give this the benefit of the doubt. But the language/prose, again is awkward and takes me reading it thrice to get some of the meaning. Because what are you saying!!!

And I appreciate all the research done for this because wow, the palindrome and how it connected to Enrique was cool as hell, same with the solving of the Horus eye Zofia does but ah. I can’t explain the off factor but something holds me back from being 100% immersed into them. The plot is tight and coming together nicely so it’s definitely the character design that makes me scratch my head.
