My ed is literally so bad rn and I want to lose weight so badly but the only way I can think to do it is exercise and undereat

NO PLEASE DONT BE SORRY. i completely understand how you feel, not to make it seem like I’m copying you one bit, but im having the same problem. I’ve been trying to lose weight in a healthy manner but my ed is always in the corner of my mind. And it’s been extremely hard to eat recently, or work out normally. But it’s okay I know we can do it, plus I’m always here for you if you need to talk!! 💗
