As exciting as this is getting I always have to call out plot armor especially when it’s that bad. Books survives the attack bc these random people showed up? Come on now. We could’ve come up with something better than that. Small complaint though. This is amazing

How I adore the trio of Emmy, Pully, and Rabbit. I think it’s a pretty run of the mill detective chasing a serial killer story, but that’s what I love. I’ll never bore of that storyline. I also love an underdog so it’ll be sweet once they catch Charlie and shove it in the ever unlikable boss Darwin’s face. I’m having so much fun

I’m just running through this book I’m having so much fun. Even with it being a sequel I’m not feeling lost or anything having not read the original.

Also the villain being FORCED to make a mistake. That being the only way they caught him. It’s all a bit to convenient
