DNF. This is ridiculous and reads like a teenager (albeit, one with promise) trying out fanfic on their first laptop. The story makes no sense. The world makes no sense. The characters are derivative, flat, and uninteresting. And the typos. Oh my lord, the typos. I've read some low-star reviews and it's clear that this does not improve over the next 500 PAGES, so I will be putting this down with zero regrets.
