If I were convinced that she only does things she wants, I might be more okay with this. She wants things that she doesn't ask for because she's too afraid of turning him off.

He's so harsh. He "thrusts in" while she "gags violently". And then after he says she can tap out. I don't like the power dynamic and how clueless he is.

Having her feel so uncertain makes me sad. I want her to feel powerful.
