I'm really enjoying this! It's a very full book packed with lots of story and nuance. It really doesn't read at all like self-help in the slightest.

This book makes me want to go back to therapy, in a good way lol. I enjoyed the insights offered from my previous experience in therapy but honestly my life is going good at the moment so I think it would just be a waste of my time and money to play "but what about THIS" with a mental health professional lol. This book is great tho!
