Not sure about this one, as I find the lead character Quinn so standoffish that she is hard to like. She is mostly undercover cop so used to blending in and not ever revealing her real self even when she is off duty. Costa is better as he is used to working with others. When she is on forced leave and discovers a body then end up working together by necessity as she can't stay out of it and can't take time out.
