Very quotable, with a rumination on forgetfulness I’ll ironically not forget.
Picked up this book as part of reading Iranian authors and fiction exploring war this year. I definitely imperfectly understood bits of cultural nuance between Iran and Iraq, but overall found this a darkly philosophical journey through the folly of war offering useful broad lessons.
