Is this book going to make me cry?

It hasn't made me cry but it has opened my eyes to what life is like for someone who suffers from a chronic illness. I have found it more interesting than moving. It is a very personal book though so I can imagine if you can identify more with the struggle that her daily life was your reaction to reading it would be more emotional than mine.

Ok, will keep that in mind. Possibly a bit too heavy for me at the moment....thank you ;)

I don't want to put you off. Only about the first third is about being very sick, the rest is about her healing journey, her encounters with God and her theology. It is very personal.

I'll check it out...you haven't put me off, it's helpful to know.
