Oh wow!!! This was a trip. I’m not sure I’m a fan of how things tied up in the end. However this was a strong debut 🥰

‼️ I’m not even going to hate. Give Ms. Cari Burke her things. She did that!

This is a strong debut and it does what it needed to do as a satire.

Folks who are disappointed in this might be because of the hype that came. Was the hype worth it? NO.

That doesn’t reduce it from being a strong novel objectively 🥰

As I read this I keep finding Natalie our main character so unbelievable but now I get it - Natalie is the amalgamation of everything that is wrong with us.

The things she does and says are so absurd yet familiar.
