“In psychiatry any thought can be considered as an "obssessional" if it ascertains the following conditions :
1-Patient recognises that thought is inserted by itself in his conscious despite of him/her but it generated by his/her own mind not by an external effect
2-She/He admit it's excessive or unreasonable
3-She/He attempts to resist suppress it
4-She/He feels that it has huge influence and it controls him/her ”.

In 1971 Shaheen & El-Rakhawy in their book "Alphabet of Psychiatry" said :
Some features of obsessive disorder represent extrapyramidal signs, so there is similarity with Parkinsonism in some points.
Very impressive information in early days. In 2012, western world started to do researches about that.
