I really like the grown up Jack Sawyer. Which is a big improvement to Talisman 1, where I found this 12-year-old rather annoying.

Very unusual opening for a book, and especially for a sequel of another story. But feel like I am getting into it now. And despite the hard wirk going through the first 100 pages, it feels effective considering the dark and disturbing subject matter.
