I’m enjoying this a lot. A few unorganized thoughts-
•this reads like a Baldwin book. The writing is like a stranger telling me a fascinating story in a bar. I know nothing, I’m not sure what the point is, but I’m enjoying the ride.
•I really liked the early dialogue about model defenses being ironic.
•the priest who constantly warns of death and damnation cursed to a miserable existence is good.
