Why does GR keep adding times read to books I've only read once and thus throw off my challenge tally? It's very annoying! Happening to anyone else?

When it was first introduced a few of my books were changed to read twice. I changed it back and haven't noticed any more problems.

I've had to go in and fix several. I don't know if it's happening when I edit a review? But it's annoying!
I could not figure it out either. The times I noticed it was when I marked a book as finished.
