I have to do that too! I download a bunch of books on my kindle and wave them in front of my brain until it finds one it likes. Then, a couple days later, I return them and download different ones and do the same thing again.... It's so annoying!
I didn't used to be like that. A year or two ago, I was just going through my TBR from oldest to newest and trusting past me to make good decisions. And that was fine.... but my TBR is 800+ now and idgaf anymore.... XD

I try to give it a good selection to choose from but occasionally my brain just starts vetoing everything I start. Even when I know I like it! But turns out my ass it too moody of a reader for that kind of rational approach!
