It took a minute to get my mind back into this style of writing but I’m enjoying it! Very similar Poe’s stuff which I love. These are short stories but not simple reads. The author has a great grasp on his language but this wouldn’t be pleasurable for everyone. You have to like 1800s literature. Might start something else and make this my to-go book! I always need something in my car for downtime.
