So far the book isn’t bad. However, even though I’m not reading it for a class, the way it’s written feels like I’m reading it for a class. It feels a bit boring and stretched out at times. My guess is that it’s because it’s an old book.

The book was getting good. I got past all of the world building and setup. There was an interesting romance. But then it made me read a book in a book. I understand the importance of these excerpts, but it felt so boring.
