okay i'm liking this well enough but it DOES unfortunately contain one of my biggest literary pet peeves- page breaks mid conversation. like why tf do we need a page break before she responds to his question? especially when kindle is telling me there's only 3 minutes left in the chapter?? stfu

this shit is preemptively pissing me off because i feel like it's going to play out exactly how i'm expecting and i don't understand how that would lead to this level of DRAMA! but i'm invested and the good reviews make me hopeful this will be more than some tsitp knock off
