OMG is this entire book just going to be about Jessi being too f*cking weak to push Will away once and for all? I’m so tired of it if I hadn’t been so far through I would’ve DNFed, the entire historical and social aspect and accomplishments of our protagonist are just completely overshadowed by this stupid relationship

Okay I’m a bit confused by her love and admiration for Arthur Conan Doyle because he was absolutely a racist and that is very obvious if you read some of the Sherlock Holmes books, idk why people are just glossing this over

Okay but how many audio narrators actually SING when songs are mentioned? And she’s really good at it too, I’m a fan
