Blarg. This feels so immature and the dark plot is weird. It's just weird. I think J.A. Redmerski is an NA/YA author and writing about older characters and dark themes doesn't change that.

Also, if I read the word "vociferous" one more time I'm going to scream, vociferously. It's not like the book is chock full of vocabulary words, she just really really loves 'vociferous'
