Really interesting book on the efficacy of psychoanalysis and whether it is actually moral to practice a “treatment” that maybe isn’t even supposed to help people. I found “Aaron Green” totally unlikeable because it really didn’t seem like he practiced as a therapist to help anyone, but I found Janet Malcolm’s “analysis” of him to make him more sympathetic. I love it…this book was like taking a class with queen JM
