This isn't a bad book, but it's not one drawing me back to hours of reading. It reminds me a lot of books I read in college that just state a bunch of research that seems to support the books thesis, but fails (at least so far) to apply it practically. Yeah, it's neat information but doesn't actually change my life, if that makes sense.
