nothing a week is just a long time to be alone and i use my parents as distractions and so there won’t be any distractions

because i’m an overthinker and when im not distracted i think about everything and i don’t wanna do that

you should start a new show! ik you’re not really a tv person and have to watch movies split up but maybe having a show with enough episodes to keep you busy for a week but still interesting might help?

i remember when my mum left and i didn’t want to think about her being gone bc i get insane anxiety that im going to be robbed or kidnapped and die anytime she’s away😭 i started a new show (which was gavin and stacey) and id literally go to work thinking about how much i cant wait to go home and watch the next episode

BUT we are very different 🧍🏼‍♂️so what worked for me might be poop for you. i just think that i know you will read but reading can sometimes feel like trying to distract yourself from something whereas when you watch something its visually stimulating and engaging for your brain so removes you from thinking about other thingies

i booked the week off while there away and i wish i hadn’t because of that reason i get the same way as you and i have started to watch movies in one go now because i dont really go on my phone anymore so i think im just gonna try and keep myself busy
