I know why Adelaide sees John the way she does. BUT I’m almost in tears seeing John be nervous to be around her and being vulnerable and for her to look on him with such contempt 😭 my poor heart can’t take it. To be clear I think she’s valid in her feelings, John is just my main bitch and I would die for him.

JOHNS CHAPTERS LEAVE ME SUCH AN EMOTIONAL WRECK! I love that we can see this conflict from both sides though. I GET why Adelaide hates him. If I were never to see his POV I might hate him too. Instead I’m just sad.
