Eye-opening. I have followed Yeonmi on social media for a decade(?). It's infuriating that Yeonmi, her family & other Nth Koreans are tortured. I was hoping to learn more in this book about her life & I have learnt more about how harrowing, scary & devastating it is to be Nth Korean at the hands of their leaders & government. I'm so glad that Yeonmi escaped & I hope everyone in everyone country welcomes NK escapees.
