Wow. Even for a junior elementary book, this was incredibly flat, boring, predictable, unfunny. At least it was short. It taught nothing, and was overly simple and dumb. My 5th grader was bored and commented on the lack of creativity. Impressive indicator of the book's quality given his limited experience with fiction. 1,000 better J-fic.
