Middle of book is focused on Huns and Turks

Episodic narrative history of the Steppe over an enormous period of time. I'm unsure how well the whole project will be brought together. Harl uses the Yamnaya/PIE model as a framework, which is valid, but I don't yet know if it really unifies all the Steppe cultures/populations/events presented.
