It worked out in my favor that I forgot Dr. Mensah's wife was taken hostage at the end of the last book, because then I got to watch Murderbot be all cool and stealthy while the reason why was a total mystery to me. Did she do that on purpose to mess with everyone who forgets stuff easily? I hope so. I liked it.
