One common theme of absurdism is that the people that experience the absurd and those that they come into contact with just don’t care. They’re so far removed from what is actually happening, too concerned with their own lives. The question “Why?” is never asked. Works like this and metamorphosis by Kafka just show the value of being present and being able to think for oneself.
