I’m finding great comfort in the way Anne Rice depicts the afterlife. The way she writes about souls is very poetic and touching. Maybe I needed this book? Maybe…Lestat isn’t so bad and we share similar musings about faith and humanity?

idk I think I just love Louis and Claudia...and sometimes like Daniel. Lestat frustrates me too much, so I can't care about him. His stalking some guy and being haunted by a shadow/demon just isn't doing it for me.
