There is more patriarchy than aliens in this and it’s starting to get annoying but I’m in too deep

Something unexpected, the repetition - crimes against humanity & needless loss of hundreds of thousands of lives, or sometimes just a few dozen due to a few private citizens panicked actions, reminds me to remember Gaza, West Bank, Ukraine and Sudan. For us this is sci fi a “what if” for others it’s a real hell they live now. The planet suffers, humanity is whittled away, no change, just appealing bad aliens
