Idk if it's a me problem, a right book wrong time problem... but I have such a hard time immerse into this book :< I get bored every other chapter. Also my brain is constantly going into parallels with Drago-Hermione... trying to grasp the silver lining, which I suppose doesn't help. Some Kaine and Helena chapter spark my interest... but it's very rare so far.

I've been holding off on reading this book for this reason. I keep finding people with similar reading taste struggling to get through this book and feeling bored.

I had really high expectations for this one, so it's been a bit of a letdown for me so far 😅 BUT now that I'm in Part 2, I'm starting to enjoy Kaine and Helena's dynamic more and more. The little hints we got in Part 1 were some of the few moments that really grabbed my attention. I'm hoping the book leans more into that going forward!
