This is the worst book I’ve read this year.

YOU’VE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. It took YEARS of testing before this lady was diagnosed? Ma’am—Emma—I diagnosed her from the first page she was mentioned. THIS BOOK HAS TO BE A JOKE.

Why is no one in this book considering the fact that the entire cast of this improv show (the stupidest show I’ve ever heard of) are actively scabbing during the 2007 writers strike?

No because we need to cancel booktok after this atrocity. Normally I like to learn about niche topics from fiction, but omg this book makes even IMPROV a snooze. I am dying from boredom. Was everyone lying about liking this? Is it an elaborate prank???!!!

I’m insufferable because I’m just sitting here arguing with the page saying things like “That’s not what the 2000s were like. A video store in 2000 would have more VHS tapes than DVDs. This author obviously hasn’t watched Casablanca recently.” I’m sorry but if you’re going to write a quirky, nerdy, pop culture book, you have to do it right.
