I am glad that he is starting to change. He is paying attention to her and listening to her

I detest the part of their contract that allows them to date or sleep with other people.

I'm glad she didn't keep it a secret from her friend.

So far, he has nothing to offer. What a dud.

I hate that she doesn't negotiate for enough money. Tho... I do appreciate her add-on for mentoring.

I also hate that she let her friend's need for money push her into a decision.

This quote almost inspired me to burn the book on the second read... but thankfully, past me saw another quote later that seems to indicate this was him trying to find a wife. I still hate it.
