I usually prefer to despise them in ignorance before we get to the guilty angst redeeming part... 😅 😮💨

I don't know, I might have loved it a decade or two ago, now I'm sadly just cringing and rolling my eyes and it's preventing me from following the story... I'm not uncurious about what will go on, but this book feels like it were written by a whiny teenager...
I have no clue how to rate it as an ARC. I feel that if it were cleaned up and edited it could be quite decent, and I don't want to be an ass, plenty of people can go past this wrying style and just enjoy the story, but every time I try... I just can't
