I gave it my best but this was a truly awful read and I couldn’t waste any more time on it. Too many books to read to waste time on characters that have zero chemistry together, and neither are particularly charming on their own.

So far one of the worst books I've ever read... for now I'm sticking with it just to see if it gets even worse. The humor doesn't land right. There's absolutely zero chemistry, and I know so little about these characters except that they are both totally insecure and desperate for validation. It's random.
