The character development for the FMC is seriously lacking. The situation she finds herself in and her reaction to it just doesn’t make sense to me. I can see where the story is going with all the hints and foreshadowing, but the FMC’s lack of follow-up questions to suspicious behaviour and comments is just dumb.

I don’t think i can continue with this one.
