When my youth leader tells me to pay attention because I was fiddling with a hand strength thing trying to squeeze it like everyone else was, and then I mumbled to myself that doing something with my hands helps me focus, then he says it sounds like I'm trying to rationalize foolishness, and everyone goes "oooooo" and seems to believe him, but actually I just have ADHD....🫠 #fightingbacktears :D
