I’ve already learned so much just from reading the first chapter. Reading this book feels like I’m seeing my dreams on a page. At times I am reminded of the wonderful educators in my life who practiced some of what Freire is talking about. Then I’m also reminded of the teachers who were antithetical to Freire’s work. Seeing a wonderful pedagogy laid out clearly is extremely satisfying.
