Reading the last page of this book and I am heavily confused and I had to Google the ending so it could be dumbed down for me

So I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the last few pages back Andrea and the prostitute have kind of fallen into weird love and I'm trying to wrap my head round it

I think he just verbalised my greatest fear
