No, not the second-hand embarrassment that makes you want to put the book down, but also makes you want to continue because your curiosity wants to see if it gets worse 😅😅😅

Yeah this book had its share of cringe 😅 the entire series really but an easygoing time nonetheless. Definitely good as a palette cleanser after the trilogy though

Reading it as a palette cleanser is perfect tho. I don't think I could have handled anything heavy after Edge of Darkness
